Orders placed before 3:00PM Central will usually go out same day. After 3:00PM, and we may miss the shipping truck. We use FedEx for Continental US shipments, and only the far northeast and northwest regions of the US are more than 3 days away. Shipping time is typically 2-3 days, with most of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas being next day.

Unused, undamaged returns are gladly accepted for a full refund, excluding shipping, unless there was an error on our part.
